Beauty and the Beast at Magic Kingdom

I am doing a pre-order for lunch at Be Our Guest. Do I order an entree and dessert for all of us including the children? Does this just count for a meal on the dining plan or snack as well?

Hi, Kelly! Enjoying lunch inside the enchanted Beast's castle at Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my favorite ways to take a break while at Magic Kingdom Park. There are so many delicious entrees to choose from, both on the Adult and Kids' menus.

When completing your lunch preorder, you will select an entree, dessert and beverage for each adult using a Disney Dining Plan meal credit. While many Quick-Service dining locations across Walt Disney World Resort have kids order an entree with one side, a beverage and a dessert, Be Our Guest Restaurant has built their Kids' Menu in a distinctly different way. As you complete your lunch preorder, the system will cue you to choose two side items, instead of just one side, and a beverage for the Kids' Menu item. One of the side items could be a more dessert-like option, such as the peach applesauce or cookie.

I can totally understand if your little ones would much rather have The Master's Cupcake with their meal. No need to ask the dishes; I can tell you this "grey stuff" cupcake is delicious! You are welcome to add a cupcake to your order, and you can pay for it separately from your Disney Dining Plan Quick-Service credits upon your arrival at the restaurant, or you can even use a dining plan snack credit to pay for it.

I hope this helps you as you continue to plan your vacation. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a magical day!
