Hi! We are going to DL/DCA in 2 weeks and I’ve received our tickets with MaxPass. Can I scan them into the app now or is it too soon? I’m terrified I’m going to lose them! Haha! Thank you!

    Greetings, Kimberly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your trip is just around the corner! I can't wait for you to "Get Your Ears On" at the Happiest Place on Earth.

You are going to be amazed at all the delightful details celebrating Mickey and Minnie's 90th anniversary around Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Make sure you take a look at the Get Your Ears On Food Guide so you can plan all of the tasty treats you will eat during your trip. I recommend the Mickey Mouse Celebration Churro and the Birthday Hat Macaron. There are also adorable festive decorations lining Main Street, U.S.A. that make for some great limited-time photo ops.

I love that you are familiarizing yourself with the Disneyland app. Browsing the app before your trip will let you get an idea of park maps, attractions, dining locations, Character meeting locations, and so much more. You are more than welcome to link your tickets to the app before you leave, but still always keep your paper tickets on you during your days in the parks. If my phone is acting up, I always make sure I have my paper tickets as a backup, which I have had to use on a few occasions. Before you leave you can also link your family's tickets to each other's app accounts so that you can make your FASTPASS selections together with Disney MaxPass once you arrive. As soon as you scan your ticket through the park gates, you can begin making your first Disney FASTPASS selection for the day.

Please return if you have any other questions, and I hope your trip is practically perfect in every way!
