Hello. We are going to DL 1/28 - 2/3 . We are interested in a Fantasmic Dining Package, but I know in the off season the number of shows decrease. We plan m,t,th,f at the parks. Will it be playing on Friday at least?

Hi there, Hollie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!

I simply adore that you are planning ahead for your visit next winter! Advanced planning really does make for a smooth and easy vacation in my opinion. You are correct that during the "off-peak" season, some of the nighttime entertainment options are only scheduled on weekends. It's a bit too early to know for sure what the schedule will be like next January and February, but I think it's a safe bet to plan for Fantasmic! showing on the Friday of your trip. You will want to check the entertainment schedule often as your travel dates approach and if there happens to be performances other nights of your trip, you can consider them extra magical bonuses!

The dining packages have proven to be quite popular for this show, so I recommend making a reservation 60 days in advance. Dining Package availability will most likely be your first indicator of which nights Fantasmic! will be showing. Also keep in mind that the fireworks will probably follow a similar schedule during that time of year. If you happen to watch Fantasmic! on that Friday night, you can stay right where you are and watch the fireworks almost immediately after the show. They even show the projections that are happening on the castle on the water while the fireworks are going!

Please return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you may have!
