We are going to Disneyworld in a week, and it is really important for my son to do Jedi training. I know you have to sign up early and it's first come first serve everyday. I was wondering if we can get a spot if we don't have early entrance.

    Hi Lory,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am thrilled that you brought this question to us! Jedi Training- Trials of the Temple attracts recruits from all parts of the galaxy. Yes! You still have a chance.

We have two Jedi recruits still in training in our household. The training process is serious. Recruits must be able to commit to the training process by answering a few questions from a cast member.

Listen carefully. Arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios at least 30 minutes prior to park opening. Be sure to have your recruit with you. First rule of sign-ups - do not lose your recruit.

Get as close to the front of the line as possible. Once the park opens, go directly to the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost. You may see other recruits running. Do not be alarmed. Just be sure to map out your route if you are unfamiliar with the park. You do not have time for wrong turns.

If possible, check the dining reservations for Hollywood & Vine prior to your visit. If you can get a pre-park opening reservation for breakfast, you could enter the park before it opens and potentially sign-up before the crowds descend on the park. On our last training adventure, we had a dining reservation at 8:45 a.m. and were able to sign-up just before our dining time.

There will be a PhotoPass photographer at the training session. There are two training platforms, one that is slightly higher than the other. When you receive your training time, remember to check that time with your other Fast Pass+ and Dining Reservations.

We are honored that your recruit is headed to training. The peace of the galaxy depends on it!

May the Force be with you!
