    We have a Disneyworld vacation planned for late August and have been trying to order the upgraded Disney Magicband. We are able to chose the design we want, but keep getting a "did not process - dismiss or retry" message. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks so much for bringing your question. When I heard the news about being able to upgrade solid color MagicBands to fun designs, I was SO excited! Since our family has vacationed so much, we already have collected every color, so this is a fun way to add some variety and pixie dust to our next trip.

    This new enhancement on My Disney Experience has been VERY popular, and as such, many Guests are finding limited quantities or stock. Like you, I tried searching and purchasing for a couple weeks before finally being able to place my order. I also know others who recently have been successful with upgrading their MagicBands. My advice is to check often and try using both a desktop computer and the My Disney Experience mobile app. I also find that various times of the day, stock may change, so if you don't see the exact MagicBand design you are looking for, you may find it later or another day. Your My Disney Experience account will let you know when you need to make final customization details before your vacation so you don't miss your opportunity.
