We are going to Disneyland with our 1-year old daughter. It will be just the three of us. Does the baby swap option allow us to wait in line together, and just swap off a train apart, or do we each have to wait in line separately by ourselves?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Katie. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.

I loved utilizing the Rider Switch Program at the Disneyland Resort when my kiddies were too little to meet height requirements for certain attractions. With the Rider Switch Program, both my husband and I were able to enjoy our favorite thrill rides without either of us feeling left out.

You are able to wait together as a family. The second rider will not have to wait in the regular line again when using the Rider Switch Pass. Take a look at the Rider Switch page on the Disneyland Resort website for more information about the program, and to see a list of attractions that offer Rider Switch.

I hope this information is helpful for you. I wish you and your family a delightful trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
