I have been to Disneyland many times and my family always wants to eat at the Restaurant that is in the Pirates of the Carribbean ride. Does the Magic Kingdom have a restaurant like that and what is it called? Thanks for your help!

Oh you are so fortunate to be able to visit Disneyland often! Our family was there this past November and truly enjoyed walking inside Walt's park. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World in Florida does not have the Blue Bayou restaurant. This may be due to the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction not being in the original WDW plans.

This restaurant inside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction in Disneyland’s Magic Kingdom is magical. Of course we just had to indulge (again) in the Monte Cristo sandwiches. We finished our memorable meal with the Flying Dutchman Cookie Boat dessert. Our son got a "Dead Men Tell No Tales" pirate hat with his kid's meal, and waving at the boats that glided by.

We arrived early to request a waterside table. The sounds of the crickets and frogs, along with the simulated night-time lighting adds to the relaxing atmosphere. This is by far, my favorite Disney restaurant. I love eating there, then floating by the restaurant after our lunch.

In fact, this Pirate's Lair is an example of Imagineering excellence and you'll notice many differences between the attractions. The Disneyland version is my favorite (love the 2 drops!).

For a restaurant that has a similar feel, try dining in Epcot's Mexico pavilion at the San Angel Inn. Arrive early and ask for a waterfront table.
