    Betty ann Asked

I will be going to Disneyland for the first time in April. I just want to know if I want to avail a tour, which should I get and will it be worth it? I would also like to ask for tips on what to do on a crowded day in the parks.

    Hello Betty Ann!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

The "Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" Guided Tour is one I’ve wanted to go on for years. I will definitely be signing up for that one when we visit this summer. The history of the park and learning what inspired Walt Disney is just something best learned while on a tour! Reservations are recommended and they book 30 days in advance of your visit.

As far as crowded days at Disneyland Resort, when I need a break from the crowds I often head over to Downtown Disney District for some fun, food and shopping! I also make sure to use the Disneyland Mobile App! It’s new and a great way to check wait times, see FASTPASS return times and view your photos from your Disney PhotoPass Service!

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as your plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
