I going Disneyland for our boys 5th birthday in April 2014. I having been saving money and have enough to purchase our park hopper tickets. We are eligible for the military discount. My question is, if I purchase those tickets now, will they expire?

    Hi, Jennifer!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question. I’m so glad to hear you plan to celebrate a special occasion with your family at the Disneyland Resort next spring!

The ticket promotion currently available to members of the U.S. Military actually ends on September 28, 2013, so you shouldn’t buy the tickets in advance since they will expire this fall, long before your planned travel dates.

While the current promotion available to active and retired U.S. military personnel does end in September of this year, a new offer could be announced very shortly after, so be sure to check the Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World Resort website to see if military discounts on park tickets or resort hotel stays become available for the dates of your visit.

I hope this helps, Jennifer. Please write back with more questions as your planning continues!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
