We’re going to Disney World with a 1year old and 6year old and a total of 4 adults. Is there a way to do a kid swap for the rides? If the 1 year old cannot ride and we don’t have to be line at different times?

    Hello, Morgan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to help answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! I must say that experiencing Walt Disney World through the eyes of a child is the BEST EVER!

I can honestly say the Rider Switch Service is INCREDIBLE and such a HUGE help for families with small children. The answer to your question is absolutely YES! Your family can most certainly take advantage of the Rider Swap Service. While you arrive at an attraction that your one-year old cannot ride, walk up to the Cast Member at the Fastpass+ entrance of the attraction and ask for a Rider Switch pass. While your husband waits with your one-year old, you and your six-year old will be able to enjoy the ride.

Now, are you ready for some REALLY TIGGER-ific news? After riding the attraction, your husband will then be able to ride the attraction AND take a guest with him. You know who he can take? That's right, your six-year old! That means your six-year old can ride the attraction TWICE!  WOO HOO!

If you have other questions, please let us know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
