    The Disney World website now has My Disney Experience. I can no longer find my remaining balance, details about my resort package (more than check-in & check-out), or how to make a payment. Do you know where I can find this on the updated web site? T

    Not to worry!

    As Walt Disney World changes over to the new website, I, too, have noticed that I can't access some reservation information that had been there on the site, just a day earlier.

    Simply call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and ask a Cast Member for assistance. It may something as simple as inputting a telephone number or email address, which can be added by the Cast Member to enable better access to your reservation information on the new website. In my case, once the missing piece of information was added by the CM, I simply refreshed my screen and everything was back to normal.
