We will be in Disney World in two weeks and it will be our first experience there with an iphone, what do you think is the most useful Iphone app for the parks?

I love my Apple gadgets almost as much as I love Disney - throw Starbucks in the mix and my life is complete. Actually if there were a Starbucks at WDW (there's not) and I could sit there using my iPhone and iPad, I think I might actually start weeping with joy. But I digress ...

My iPhone currently holds about two dozen Disney related apps. The one I use by far the most often in the parks is WDW Lines. Lines is put out by the same great folks that oversee the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World and their sister website Lines gives you two wonderful things:

    - Suggested touring plans. These guys have done countless hours of research about how to make the most effective use of your time in the parks. The touring plans tell you the order to go to each ride to save the most amount of time. Nice!

    - Actual and projected ride wait times. This way you can check what the lines are like at Space Mountain even when you're all the way over at the Country Bear Jamboree. They also tell you what time the Fast Pass return is - and even if Fast Passes are still available (good to know for Toy Story Mania).

I hope you and your phone have a fabulous vacation! :-)
