We are going to Disney World from 12-10-11 to 12-17-11 with two girls, 5 & 2. We are staying at Pop Century. We would like to take a break most afternoons and return to our resort for a rest. Should we rent a car or use Disney transportation?

Hi, Jennifer! My family and I often drive in from Tennessee.  Whenever we have our own vehicle that is what we use.  Disney does an amazing job of moving all of the Guests around in a timely manner, but I like being in control.  You don't have to wait for transport from your Resort, and at the end of a long day, the wait for a tram to the parking lots is often considerably less than the wait for Disney transportation.  This will be especially important since you plan a break most days. Parking is free since you are staying on-site, so if renting a car is a manageable option for you, I would definitely do it!   Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
