This will be my 3rd Disney World trip but first one planning for 6 (2 gmas joining) w/ multiple rooms. Should I book all rooms under my Disney account? Will that cause issues with flight or room info? I will be doing all the planning (room, dining, fp).

    Hi, Kelly!

For ease of MagicBands, credit card payments, and tickets, I would have a My Disney Experience account for each family. For example, your family (for room #1) Grandma (for room #2) and other Grandma (room #3).  This way each travel party can get their MagicBands mailed to their homes, and enter a credit card for charging.

I often book travel for my parents. I just log into their My Disney Experience account with their password to book their resort, then everything else I do on my personal account and link through Family and Friends. I'll be honest, I even do their online check-in and MagicBand order, but they have their address and credit card attached to their account.  This keeps the "business" side of things separate, with the fun stuff linked together.

You can still link everyone's My Disney Experience account and book the FastPass+ selections collectively. When booking dining reservations, book one reservation for the entire party to make sure you are seated together.  You can add each grandma as one of the guests once they are linked as Friends and Family. You will still be the main contact for the dining reservation, but adding them will allow them to see the reservation under "My Reservations" on their personal accounts.

When booking rooms online, there is a screen asking if you would like your room near another party. Here is where you can add their names so your rooms will be near each other. You can also book all this by phone at (407)W-DISNEY with a friendly Cast Member who will be happy to work out all the details and make notes to keep your rooms near each other.

I hope this helps! I am the primary vacation planner in my family, so I know how much work you will do to make this trip magical. Thanks for all your time and planning skills!
