We just got our Disney World tickets in the mail 6 of them. How do I know what ticket belongs to who they don't have names on them just a ticket number.

Hi, Jodie! I'm sure there is Disney excitement in the air at your house! Mickey and his pals will be waiting to see you in a few short weeks! Don't you love getting Disney mail (my MagicBand box is set to arrive today!)?

Take a look your theme park tickets you received in the mail- on the back you should see an ID number (most of them are 12 digits). Use this number to link the tickets to your My Disney Experience Account. Just click on the 'Park Tickets' blue circle under the 'My Plans' section. When you enter the ID number, a description of the ticket will be displayed (for example, 5-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper Option) and it will indicate if it is a child's ticket or an adult's (Ages 10+). On the right, it will say 'Match to' and there will be a drop-down menu from which you can select the person in your Family & Friends list to assign the ticket to. If you need any assistance during this process, call (407) 939-4357.

Once you have your tickets linked, you can make FastPass+ selections in advance for attractions. I suggest doing this soon since your trip will be here before you know it!

Jodie, if you need advice about FastPass+ or anything else regarding your trip, remember we're all EARs!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
