We are going to Disney World in October and are going to the Halloween party. Can adults wear costumes and are there rules about what can be worn? We've heard that adults can't or that you can't be Disney characters. Thank you for your help!

    Hi there Tolan,

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party has become one of my family's favorite Disney World Special Events!  The Magic Kingdom is magically transformed into a Spooktacular wonderland filled with tricks and treats which amounts to loads of fun (and candy) for the entire family!

Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to dress up for this evening party and pretty much anything goes!  The official rules state that for safety's sake, costumes must not be "obstructive or offensive" but other than that pretty much anything goes!  You will see lots of "grownups" dressed for the occasion and you may certainly dress as your favorite Disney character!

    Best Wishes,
