We are going to Disney World in November 2019 and I was wondering if Disney still sent out Magnets that have the dates of when you can start booking dining, fast passes, etc. Back in 2016 we got one with Dumbo on it. Thanks so much!!

Hi there, Candice! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by and sending in your question regarding your Walt Disney World Resort plans!

While Walt Disney World Resort no longer sends out magnets as a reminder of these important dates, they do try to make the booking process as simple and streamlined as possible! Two of the most important dates to remember are for FastPass+ selections and advanced dining reservations. Dining reservations may be booked starting 180 days prior to the date on which you would like to schedule your meal while FastPass+ selections may be made 30 days prior to the day of your theme park visit or 60 days prior to your date of check-in if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel.

In order to remember these dates, I prefer to utilize My Disney Experience. Whenever you log in to your My Disney Experience account, a countdown identifying the number of days until your next scheduled visit will be displayed. Using this feature, I set an alarm either on my phone or my computer that will alert me on the days I need to make my selections. I also utilize the Itinerary section of My Disney Experience to outline which selections I would like to make on specific days of my trip.

Hopefully this has given you a few ideas for planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
