We are going to Disney World in November 2019. My daughter will still be 2, almost 3, and my son 8. I know he of course will get a magic band, but will she? If not, how do I get her one?

    Hi Shawna,

It sounds like you are getting ready for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your little ones where you will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel! I love staying at the Disney Resort hotels because there are so many amazing amenities that we can take advantage of! Plus, if you add one of the Disney dining plans to your vacation package, you can pay for the majority of your vacation expenses in advance, allowing you to just enjoy your magical trip.

MagicBands are such a great addition to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's so nice to have access to your theme park tickets, FastPass+ reservations, Memory Maker account and Disney Resort hotel room with just the touch of your MagicBand. All Guests on your Disney Resort hotel room reservation will receive complimentary MagicBands as part of your reservation, which includes your little princess, even if she is 2 years old! If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can purchase MagicBands online or at one of the many shops throughout Walt Disney World Resort for your family to use during your trip.

We brought my son to Walt Disney World Resort for vacation just before his third birthday and he loved using his MagicBand during our trip. He would unlock our room door for the whole family and was so proud of himself! He also wanted to scan his MagicBand at touch points when we entered the theme parks with the rest of our family and the Cast Members were so wonderful at making sure he felt included, even if he didn't have an actual theme park ticket to scan.

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
