We are going to Disney World in May with our two boys and would like to take them to a character dinner while we are there. In your opinion which would be the best one to take them to? They are 7 and 4 ( will almost be 8 and 5 when we are there). Thanks!

    Hi Kim,

How exciting to be planning a Disney vacation with your little boys. Character dining is a great way to visit with the characters while enjoying a delicious meal at the same time. My family always plans several of these on each trip. With little boys, I would recommend dinner at Chef Mickey's. You'll see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald - "The Fab 5". Chef Mickey's has a great buffet and they can end their meal with a "make-your-own ice cream sundae" station that has oodles of toppings. My kids love it there.

My family really enjoys the Hundred-Acre Wood characters as well, so we consider Crystal Palace a must-do too. There you will see Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet. We've enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Crystal Palace on every single family Disney vacation we've taken. The character interaction is fantastic there. In fact, even my 21 and 17 year old insist that we still go because they love the food and have fun with Tigger and Pooh. Disney brings out the child in all of us!

Hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
