Hello! Going to Disney World in June. Have res at Chef Mickeys at 8:10. We are staying at the Polynesian. What is the best way to get there and how early should we leave? Also, what is the best way to get to MK after Chef Mickeys? Thanks!

    Hi Eric,

Chef Mickey's is a perfect way to start a Disney day.

From the Polynesian resort, you will be a short monorail ride away from the Contemporary Resort, home of Chef Mickey's. If you plan to be at the monorail station by 7:40, you should be able to make the journey and still arrive with time to spare. You will stop briefly at the Grand Floridian and Magic Kingdom on your way to the Contemporary.

After breakfest with Mickey and his friends, you can take the monorail back around the full circuit to Magic Kingdom if you want. The monorail stops inside the resort, not far from the restaurant.

We usually choose to walk from the Contemporary to Magic Kingdom. It's an easy stroll of less than 10 minutes from the front of the Contemporary to the front entrance, and we enjoy reading the commemorative sidewalk bricks along the way.

Have a wonderful vacation! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions as you plan your visit.
