    Jill from MD Asked

Do the Disney World Good Neighbor hotels receive the same offers as the Disney resorts like the meal plans, etc?

    Jill,

Unfortunately the Good Neighbor hotels are not able to offer Disney Dining plans.

The Disney World Good Neighbor hotels are basically hotels that are nearby WDW and meet Disney standards for appropriate housing for park guests.

Benefits of a Good Neighbor hotel include:
    - They are close to WDW
    - Can be reserved through Disney's phone reservation system (407-934-7639).  Note: you can't reserve these hotels through the Disney web site.
    - You can book a "room and tickets" package through Disney
    - They typically will sell Disney tickets in their lobby
    - They will have some type of scheduled (not continuous) transportation to the parks. Some are free, and some charge a fee.

    Benefits they DO NOT include:
    - Option to include the Disney Dining plans
    - Disney transportation from hotel to the parks
    - Disney Magical Express
    - Extra Magic Hours
