We have been to disney world every winter for 17 yrs. Since we been married, but this fall is the first time we are going to go on the Disney Cruise 3 days at land and 4 at sea. Is the cruise as fun? There is 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids - 15, 12, & 8.

Since you are already a WDW fan, I think you will discover there is also wonder and magic at sea. After all, you'll be taking Mickey with you!

The cruise allows families the chance to spend quality time together while also pursuing individual interests. Mom might want to go to a wine tasting while Dad goes for a massage. And the kids? They'll be busy with activities on the Sports Deck and in the Kid Clubs.

The benefit of the cruise is that you'll get to see new places while enjoying your hotel at sea. The entertainment in the Walt Disney Theatre is of Broadway-quality. Do not miss The Golden Mickeys, Toy Story The Musical, Bolt in Disney Digital 3-D and Dreams, An Enchanted Classic.

You'll find familiar activities such as pin trading and photos with characters. You can join in on an Art of the Theme Show tour, spa treatments, trivia contests and art auctions. Or you can bring a book on Walt Disney and watch the world slip away.

If you prefer to stay active, visit the Sports Deck for basketball, the fitness center or take an adventurous shore excursion in Nassau. I love to go for a bike ride on Castaway Cay and then climb the Observation Tower to see the ship in the distance. Our family enjoyed the Atlantis Aquaventure where my 9 year old son was thrilled by the many slides.

Even dinner is done Disney style. You'll dine one evening at Animator's Palate where the art of animation is celebrated.

You will feel the Disney magic before you even board the Disney Wonder. Characters often greet guests in the terminal, your family's entrance to the ship will be announced and the Adventures Away party really gets started when the ship's horn plays the first notes of "When You Wish Upon A Star"!
