We are going to Disney World in 10 day. When can I expect my yellow luggage tags? We are using the magical express and gave in our flight information. Thank you!

Hello Bill, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! I love being able to use Disney’s Magical Express when I arrive at Orlando International Airport. It makes getting to my Disney Resort Hotel less stressful. Depending on how far in advance you made your reservation with Disney’s Magical Express, you should receive your luggage tags and travel information about 4 weeks prior to your departure date. You should have received them by now since you are leaving in just a few days.

Hakuna Matata! No need to worry, if you do not receive your yellow luggage tags before your departure. Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport and make your way to Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center located in the Ground Transportation Area on Side B of Level 1. Advise the Cast Member who checks you in to board the motorcoach, that you did not receive your luggage tags prior to your departure. The Cast Member will need to see your bag claim tickets and they will enter the information to have your bags picked up and delivered to your resort hotel room. Be sure to pack your MagicBands and anything else you will need for the first few hours of your fantastic trip, in a carry on bag. You will need your MagicBands to unlock the door to your hotel room and enter theme parks. Your bags will arrive approximately 3-4 hours after you have made your way to the Walt Disney World Resort. You may want to confirm your reservation with Disney’s Magical Express by calling (407) 939-1936. Have a wonderful trip!

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
