    hello-- we were at disney this week and got a little turned around We wanted to purchase something from the art of disney store and couldn't get there because of the weather---is there a way to contact or order from one of the stores??--thanks

    Many guests find that they have "non-buyer's remorse" after they leave Walt Disney World. There was that one souvenir that they really wanted, but didn't end up buying while they were there. Fortunately, there is a way to solve your problem.

    Simply contact Disney's Mail Order Merchandise Department at 407-363-6200 or wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. If an item is for sale in the parks, they can find it for you. Try to have as much information about the item as you can available when you call. They'll get back to you with pricing and shipping options.
