Hello I am a Disney Visa card holder but I dont plan on using our chase visa for any purchases during our trip since we have everything already budgeted out & paid. Can we still do character experiences if I just show my card? Or do I have to use it?

    Hi, DeseRae!

Welcome, and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question. Your Disneyland Resort vacation is just around the corner, so I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic awaiting you at the Happiest Place on Earth!

As a Disney Visa Cardmember myself, I can say with confidence that one of my favorite perks is visiting the Disney Character Experiences offered in both theme parks. You can meet and pose with some of your favorite Disney Characters and receive complimentary downloads of your fun photos! This offer is currently available daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at a private Cardmember location inside Disney California Adventure Park near Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! At Disneyland Park, visit the special location for Cardmembers at Star Wars Launch Bay in Tomorrowland from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. All you need to do to gain entry to both experiences and receive your free photo downloads is show your Disney Visa Credit Card. No purchases are necessary!

I hope this answers your question, DeseRae. Please don’t hesitate to visit again with any others you can dream of as your vacation approaches! We’d be more than happy to help.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
