We are going to Disney for my sons 4th birthday. What would be a good restaurant to eat at for his birthday dinner??Also, can we get a birthday cake?? His birthday is Feb. 1, which is a Sunday!!!! Thx.

A WDW character meal is a great way to celebrate a 4th birthday.

The classic character dining experience is Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary. The "fab five" Disney characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto) are all here. The large buffet means that even the pickiest of eaters have plenty of options. Plus, the mood here is very festive and fun, with lots of celebrations going on.

While Chef Mickey's is great, all the character meals are wonderful spots for birthday celebrations. I would choose the one that has the characters that most appeal to your son. For example, if he's a Playhouse Disney fan, then try the Play 'n Dine meal at Disney's Hollywood Studios. If he likes the Winnie the Pooh characters, then Crystal Palace is the place to be. Any of the character dining experiences will be wonderful for making birthday memories. To make reservations at any Disney character meal, call 407-WDW-DINE.

You can also have a cake sent to any of these dining locations. Simply call the Cake Hotline at 407-827-CAKE. They can make all the arrangements for you.
