We have been to Disney several times & have stayed at the All Star and Pop Century resorts & are used to food courts. This year we are staying at the Ft Wilderness campground. Is there any type of food court or counter service to eat or refill reso

    Kimberly:

There is a lunch counter at the main pool that serves sandwiches, salads and even personal pan pizzas from what I remember of our trip in November.  It's only open for lunch and is considered seasonal (but obviously if it was open in November, seasonal is not just considered in the summertime).  Another favorite, which is a cross between counter-service and take-out from a table service is the take-out window outside Crockett's Tavern and Trail's End. You can order a large pizza or fried chicken and several other items.

You can get a refillable mug, along with drink refills, at Trail's End Buffeteria and at the Meadows Pool lunch counter.

We love the fort, and wish y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
