Are Disney resort and park buses just for resort guest? Can you park at a resort and the take a bus over to Disney springs or a Disney park or park at Disney Springs and take a bus to a park or resort with out being a resort guest? Thank you

    Hi Christine,

Thank you for visiting us today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Is your vacation coming up soon? I surely hope so. I cannot wait until my next vacation!

Walt Disney World Resort has an awesome complimentary Resort Transportation system composed of the Walt Disney World Bus Service, Walt Disney World Water Transportation and the world famous Resort Monorail system. All of them are available to use by all Guests, regardless of where they stay.

My family loves to visit other Resort hotels, but we utilize the available Resort Transportation. At least once per vacation we take a mid-afternoon break riding the Resort Monorail. Regarding parking, standard self-parking is complimentary for all Guests at Disney Springs and both Water Parks. Parking at the Resort Hotels is complimentary only for Resort Hotel Guests. Also, note that there is no transportation service to any of the Theme Parks from Disney Springs.

One last tip: remember that the parking fee at the Theme Parks is good for the entire day. If you take advantage of the Park Hopper Option of Theme Park Tickets, simply show your receipt to the parking attendant at the booth. Happy planning!
