Is Disney Quest appropriate for a 5 year old? We have never been and plan on spending a day at Downtown Disney. Tickets are rather expensive, and I would hate to get there and everything be a little over my son's head. Thanks!

    Hi Lisa,

I recently visited DisneyQuest with my children who are 6, 8, 10 & 14. While my older kids absolutely loved it, my younger 2 would have been just as happy at the pool. To be honest, I would recommend that you wait to enjoy DisneyQuest until a future trip when your son is a bit older. While there are some attractions that are appropriate for a 5 year old, there are many things that will be "above his head" (literally and figuratively). He won't be tall enough for some things, and others will be too technical for him.

Instead of spending the money at DisneyQuest, I suggest that you take him to the LEGO Imagination Center at Downtown Disney. He is sure to be completely mesmerized there!

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
