Does Disney provide free shuttle buses from the airport to board the cruise line?

Welcome back, Tammy! My family absolutely loves sailing with Disney, especially when we combine it with a magical trip to Walt Disney World! But sometimes we do fly in and head straight to the ship from the Orlando International Airport.

While Disney's ground transfers from the airport to Port Canaveral are not free like the Magical Express you'd take from the airport to the resorts at Walt Disney World, I promise that booking these cruise transfers makes the trip very easy and stress-free. Letting Disney do the driving and planning always makes a wonderful and seamless transition from land to sea and back again. Currently the transfers cost $35 per person each way.

Now, these transfers are offered not only from the airport to Port Canaveral, but also back to the airport after the cruise, or from the Walt Disney World Resorts to Port Canaveral, or from the cruise port back to the Walt Disney World Resorts. So, if you do add a stay at the parks either before or after your sailing, you can send your luggage ahead to the ship straight from your resort on the morning you set sail, then climb aboard the motorcoach later that morning and enjoy a relaxing ride to the port. Disney really makes it easy! Not to mention that the motor coaches are decorated with a cruise theme, and the windows even look like the ship's portholes. My kids get so excited when they see that motorcoach pull up because it signals the start of our cruise vacation! Okay, who am I kidding, I am even more excited than they are when we board that motorcoach to begin our cruise with Captain Mickey and his crew! As you continue to plan, we're happy to help you with other questions or suggestions, whether you decide to just book a magical Disney Cruise Line trip, or combine it with a Walt Disney World Parks vacation! Have fun planning, Tammy!
