Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Guests Walking Entry

I have Disney park tickets left over from our Disney trip back in 2000. At that time we were told they “never expire”. Can they still be used for park admission?

    Hi Amy,

Thanks for your excellent question. Though Walt Disney World stopped offering no-expiration tickets a few years ago, many guests like you still have those left from previous visits. And the good news is that Walt Disney World continues to honor those no-expiration tickets.

My sister bought 10-day no-expiration tickets for her family in about 2002 and used them on two or three short visits. She had kept them in her safe for years, but wasn't sure how many days remained on each. A couple of years ago, she was able to call the Reservations and Tickets number that serves those with existing tickets (407.939.7523) and get her family's remaining No Expiration paper tickets added to her My Disney Experience account.

She had the paper tickets in hand when she called so that she could provide the serial number on each. And the cast members were able to tell her how many days remained on each. Or you can email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. You will find the instructions here for what you need to include in your email to transfer those tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

Or, of course, you can present the tickets in person at any Guest Relations location or ticket window.

I hope that helps, Amy, and that your family is soon planning how to use those 20-year-old tickets to experience all the new rides and attractions plus the classic favorites at Walt Disney World. Enjoy!
