Does Disney offer transportation from the airport to Magic Kingdom? Or would you have to go to the hotel to get your magic band working first?

Hiya, Kristie! It sounds like you travel to Walt Disney World the same way I do - ready to hit the ground running as soon as the wheels are down on the plane.

Disney's Magical Express will take you straight from Orlando International Airport to your resort hotel. But the good news doesn't end there. You can opt to do Disney's Online Resort Check-In before you ever get on the airplane to come on vacation. Once you've checked in online, you are really good to go. You can hop on resort transportation to the Magic Kingdom or any other location on Walt Disney World property right there at your resort. Your MagicBands will already be activated, and if you've provided a cell phone number, the resort will text you your room number, so you can skip the front desk entirely if you want.

I always recommend popping in at the front desk at some point after your arrival. They will provide you with a schedule of the fun activities taking place around your resort during your stay. You don't want to miss out on a dance party or a trivia game!

Wishing you the most amazing Walt Disney World vacation!
