Family planning a trip

Does Disney offer a package that plans my day for me? For instance, can I fill out a questionnaire with what I want to do most along with my trip dates and Disney comes back with a suggested plan for shows/attractions/meal times etc each day?

Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your excellent question, Jacob!

Planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort can seem like an overwhelming task, especially since it's roughly double the size of Manhattan! Unfortunately what you've described does not exist, but I think you're on to a great idea. My suggestion is to contact a travel agent who is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These agents have completed an in-depth training course created by Disney and have extensive experience visiting Disney destinations. Another planning tool I like to use for my trips is the subscription-based website Touringplans.com.

If you haven't done so already, try familiarizing yourself with the Walt Disney World website and set up a My Disney Experience account.  This is your one-stop shop for Theme Park tickets, exploring and making dining reservations, selecting Fastpass+ attractions, and booking Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms. I'd also sit down with your family and discuss your priorities and expectations for your vacation.  Do your Mouseketeers want to rub elbows with the Frozen sisters, Anna and Elsa? Is there a Star Wars fan in your family? Or maybe you have tweens and teens who like thrill rides such as Rock' n' Roller Coaster and Avatar Flight of Passage. Let everyone in your family choose a few things that are "must do's" and plan around those in creating your itinerary. If you get to see or do more, then consider that icing on the cake (or the rum in your Dole Whip)!

Jacob, we love helping Guests like yourself plan memorable family vacations!  If we can be of any more help, remember we're all EARS!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
