Do the Disney Minivans take you to the airport?

Hello Doris, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great planning question.

Minnie Vans are becoming one of my favorite methods of transportation around the Walt Disney World Resort. Yes, they are now available to transport guests to Orlando International Airport. However, the process of requested them is different than when you are using them within the Walt Disney World Resort. Typically, you would request a Minnie Van using the Lyft app to take you anywhere you want on Disney property at a cost of $25.

To request a Minnie Van to take you to Orlando International Airport, you must call (407) 828-3500. I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The Minnie Van service requires you to be picked up at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. The fee to rock the dots on your way to the airport is $150. Pricing & fees are subject to change. The hours of operation to use this service are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Don’t forget that Disney’s Magical Express® still offers complimentary transportation to and from Orlando International Airport. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
