Hello, fellow Hoosier! I will also be going to Walt Disney World in May. Are you excited yet? It is just right around the corner!

From Disney's Art of Animation Resort you will take a bus to the Magic Kingdom. The general rule of thumb when it comes to Disney transportation is to allow yourself one hour of travel time to get to wherever you are going. It really should only take about 25 minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom from the Art of Animation, but you never know with traffic delays. Since your reservation is at 7:35 AM, I suggest getting to the bus area around 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM at the latest. If it looks like a Magic Kingdom bus hasn't come around after about 15 minutes of waiting, I would go up to a Cast Member and explain that you have an early breakfast reservation and have them call a bus for you.

After you arrive at the Magic Kingdom look for the resort water taxis. You can enjoy a nice morning boat ride to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, where 'Ohana is located. You can also take the monorail to the Polynesian Village Resort if the resort loop monorail is running.

You can also take a cab from The Art of Animation Resort directly to the Polynesian Village Resort, but I much prefer utilizing the complimentary Disney Transportation.

For planning purposes I always allow myself an hour and a half at least for Character Dining Experiences. Your reservation starts at 7:35 AM, so adding on an hour and a half would put you at a little past 9 AM. You can catch the monorail or water taxi back over to the Magic Kingdom after your 'Ohana breakfast and you will have plenty of time to make it to Tommorrowland for your 10:10 AM Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin FastPass+ selection .

I hope this helps, and if you need anything else, please stop by. Have a magical first Walt Disney World vacation!
