We are going on the Disney Magic Cruise to Eastern Caribbean, when the ship is in port do we have to get off the ship or can we stay on ? if so will there still be activities etc for us to do ?

    Hi Joanne,

Sometimes we simply want the ship to be our vacation destination - so thankfully there is no requirement to get off the ship at any of the ports (except Canaveral at the end of your cruise).

While in port, there is still plenty of dining and entertaining activities available for those that choose to stay onboard.  Often times there will be discounts and specials offered at the Vista Spa, and the children's programming continues in full swing.   I like to take this time to do a load of laundry, or investigate my future sail-date options at the Future Cruise Sales Desk on deck 4.  Keep in mind, you will not have access to onboard shopping, as the stores are closed while in port.

Hope this helps - have a great time!
