Going to Disney with the kids for their first time in March. Someone recommended California Grill but when I looked it up, I wasn't sure it was meant for kids our ages. They are 6 mos, 6 yrs, and 9yrs. Thanks this panel is great and full of info!!

Hi Tracey! One of the reasons I love Walt Disney World is that even the fanciest restaurants are child-friendly! (The only exception is Victoria and Albert's, which requires diners to be at least ten years old.)

California Grill is a sophisticated restaurant with delicious food and a spectacular view of the fireworks over the Magic Kingdom. I've eaten there several times, including last month, and the meals are always the most memorable ones of my trips. Even though the California Grill has a more "grown-up" atmosphere, it does have a children's menu, and the kitchen is very accommodating to special requests. If you think your family would enjoy this type of dining experience, don't hesitate to try the California Grill.

    Wishing you a magical trip!
