    We will be going to Disney in June, my Mother-in-law's present for Christmas to all of us. We have 3 separate reservations, and other 2 are receiving emails, calls, and mail while we have not. Our accounts are all set up the same way any ideas why?

    Oh my goodness me Barb, what a wonderful Mother-in-Law you are blessed with to have gifted for Christmas your whole family a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort this coming June, she truly is your very own Fairy Godmother and Santa rolled into one! 
    I love receiving all the magical mail from Disney on the run up to my trips and really do find that it's all part of the fun and happy experience of planning my families next visit.  From reading your question it sounds like you've most likely already created a My Disney Experience account which should be linked to your reservation, so I am a little unsure as to why you aren't receiving any emails, calls or mail from Disney like the other members of your family are.  
    I recommend speaking to a knowledgeable Cast Member by dialling the My Disney Experience, MagicBands & FastPass+ telephone number contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory link who will be able to access your account and assist you further. Be sure to have all relevant Disney confirmation and reservation numbers to hand when you call.
