Hello, we are going to Disney in June and would love to be able to see the Frozen characters but not wait all day. What is the suggested time to line up? Also, mtg daughter is handicapped how do you go about receiving a handicap pass?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Mary ~

You can meet Anna and Elsa in Princess Fairytale Hall at the Magic Kingdom (MK). They usually appear daily until 5 p.m. at which time another visiting Princess takes their place. FastPass+ (FP+) is available for their meet and greets so you may want to consider this as one of your FP+ options. If not, plan to arrive at MK when it opens and head over to Princess Fairytale Hall before the wait time becomes too long.

You can also see Anna and Elsa in the Magic Kingdom as part of the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. They appear on the Princess Garden float with Belle, Cinderella and Tiana. In the evenings, Anna and Elsa can be seen during the Frozen segment of the Celebrate the Magic castle projection show.

You can request a Disability Access Service Card (DAS) for your daughter at Guest Relations at any of the theme parks. Cast Member (CM)s will ask you some questions so they can best accommodate her specific needs.

Here are some additional details explaining how the DAS works. I've also included a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the DAS.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
