Hello: We are going to the Disney After Hours party. Are we able to book fastpasses for the 3 hours before the party starts? Say from 7pm-10pm? One person doesn't have anymore tickets and the system won't let me yet people say you can. Thank you!

    Hello Christine,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How exciting that you'll be enjoying all the late-night magic at Disney After Hours! Playing in Magic Kingdom Park at night is one of my favorite things to do on a Walt Disney World vacation. I always find that the Park takes on a whole new feel and yet magic remains in the air and all around. And with the attractions, character experiences, and complimentary snacks at Disney After Hours, you're sure to find lots of magic to enjoy. Your question on making FastPass+ selections is a great question, and I checked into it for you by reaching out to the Ticketing team in Guest Services. The information I have is that you would need a regular theme park admission ticket to make advance FastPass+ selections for entrance times during the regularly scheduled park operating hours. In other words, you would not be able to make FastPass+ reservations for hard ticket events like Disney After Hours. While it sounds like using FastPass+ before the event won't be an option without regular theme park admission, I hope you'll enjoy all the special magic at your Disney After Hours night.

Christine, here's wishing you a wonderfully fun night playing in Magic Kingdom Park.

    Enjoy your Disney!
