Can Disney gift cards be loaded into MyDisneyExperience? I was hoping to pay for meals by preordering while at the parks. Thanks!

    Dear Christine,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your excellent question about using Disney gift cards on your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

I also love to utilize Disney gift cards for most aspects of my vacation. Unfortunately, you cannot load the gift cards onto My Disney Experience at this time. If you are staying on site at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, however, you can use your MagicBand to make purchases and then when you return to your hotel, you can use Disney gift cards to pay off the balance that you have.

If you are not staying on site at the Walt Disney World Resort, you wouldn't be able to use your MagicBand in this way, so I would recommend that you simply carry the gift cards with you and use them for payments.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
