    Were going to Disney Florida in March and confused on what type tickets to purchase, fast pass, hopper all are confusing to me as this is our first time.

    Shreyll,

    Thanks for your question!

    So tickets can be a bit of a sticking point for many, so let me see if I can simplify it for you.

    The first step is to figure out how many days you want to spend in the theme parks. You want to pick the "Standard Theme Park Ticket" option, and then select the number of park days you have planned. After you have chosen that, you are given several ticket options. They are;

    • 1 Park Per Day: This is the standard theme park ticket option. With this, you can enter any one single theme park every given day. You could go every day to the Magic Kingdom, or you could go to a different theme park every day, the choice is yours. The key here, however, is that you are limited to 1 theme park any given day. So you could not go to the Magic Kingdom in the morning, then to EPCOT in the evening.
    • Water Park and Sports Option: This takes the standard ticket described above and adds to it a specific number of entries to water parks and other sport venues (like golf, miniature golf, the NBA Experience, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex). The number of entries varies based on how many park days you are purchasing.
    • Park Hopper Option: This option, when added to the standard tickets, allows you to enter as many of the four theme parks on any given day as you wish. So this means that you could go to the Magic Kingdom in the morning and then to EPCOT in the evening.
    • Park Hopper Plus Option: This is simply the combination of the Water Parks and Sports Option and the Park Hopper Option, both being added to the standard tickets.
    A few other notes. You do not have to use the theme park days on consecutive days. So you could use 5 theme park ticket days across 6 or 7 days if you wanted, breaking up your vacation with a pool day! Also, when selecting the standard theme park tickets, on that page there may be seasonal specialty tickets. This can change, but you are certainly welcome to consider those as well.

    Write me back with any follow up questions, if you have them!
