Hi Gladys! You have a great start to your vacation and just have a couple of holes to fill in before the magic begins. I am assuming you are a Disney resort guest.

Monday: Magic Kingdom (park hours 9am-10pm)
Be there for opening and enjoy as much as possible. Head back to resort for naps if needed mid day to return for dining reservation at 5pm.  Stay for the Mainstreet Electrical Light Parade at 9pm followed by the great Wishes fireworks show at 10pm.

Tuesday: Animal Kingdom (park hours 9am-6pm)
Arrive early so you are in line for park opening at 9am. You won't want to have to rush and run to your breakfast reservation at 9:30am. Stay in park and enjoy attractions until you are ready to leave. Be sure and hit Rafiki's Planet Watch and the Lion King show..my favorites! Take rest of day to enjoy resort pool or head to Downtown Disney for dinner and some shopping and walking.

Wednesday: Suggest Epcot (park hours 9am-9pm)
Many families don't realize there is a lot to see and do in this park for young guests. I can hardly get my young grandson out of Innoventions where there are abundant hands on activities. The World showcase countries all have craft activities as well for the younger kids. Many super dining options here for lunch and/or dinner. Again head for rests at resort mid day but come back in evening for dinner and the Illuminations show.

Thursday: Hollywood Studios (park hours 9am-9pm)
Repeat your days as above with naps etc to return to park for dinner at 5:30. If you can try Fantasmic at 8:30pm.

Friday: Ask the kids which park they would like to head back to. My guess is that it might be the Magic Kingdom but you never know. Here are the following park hours for this day.
    Magic Kingdom: 9-10
    Hollywood Studios: 9-9
    Animal Kingdom: 9-6
    Epcot: 9-9, EMH from 9-midnight
