At "My Disney Experience" online, it says we can do online check in. We have a couple specific requests about our room. If we do it online, can we to let them know what our requests are online or do we still have to request them at the front de

    Hi Dana!

Guest staying at Disney owned resort can take advantage of online check-in through My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World website.  This time saving option can be done up to 60 days before your arrival date and you can make room requests at this time.  During your online check -in, there will be a drop down menu with selections based on your resort.  Most of these selections will have options of locations or amenities such as a pack 'n play requested in room for your arrival.  If you need to make more specific requests that are not available options during your online check in, I suggest calling (407) W-DISNEY to speak with a cast member for specific requests.

When making requests remember to limit them as much as possible, while Disney will make every effort to accommodate your requests sometimes it is not always possible.  The room coordinators that assign rooms will see what they have available and if they can meet your requests. If you have multiple requests, you may get one of you requests that doesn't really fit your needs. If you ask for a 1st floor corner room near the main pool, you might possibly end up with just a corner room.

I hope this helps and please visit us again if you have anymore questions!
