    on my Disney experience have all family members listed.my father in law brought park tickets for the whole family.he has linked them to all the names but when I log onto my account I can only see mine and his ticket.any ideas on how to get them all to show

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am sorry you are encountering troubles with My Disney. It is a wonderful service and makes planning your Walt Disney World vacation so much easier, but it can be a little tricky to set up at first.

    It sounds like either the family members haven't selected to share their plans with you (if they have their own My Disney Experience accounts) or perhaps there may be duplicate accounts. To fix the first problem, anyone with their own account will need to log into their account and select your profile in order to select the option to share all plans with you. In the case of duplicate accounts, or if it is something else entirely, you will want to reach out to the folks at the Online Support Desk so that they are able to pull up your account and see what's going on. You can find the proper number if you visit the Phone Directory page and look under "My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+."
