    Diane from PA Asked

can i use my disney experience beyond 2 months to link dining, tickets, hotel, etc.! then within the 2 month time period, can i link the fast passes

    Hi Diane,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Yes, you can absolutely use My Disney Experience to start planning your family’s upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort well before your 60-day FastPass+ selection window opens.

As I mentioned previously, dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance, so you should definitely start making your family’s dining plans now, especially if you’d like to dine in some of the more popular restaurants. Remember that, even if you don’t get every reservation that you would like, you can keep checking for availability as you get closer to your vacation dates. Because all dining reservations need to be cancelled the day before in order to avoid a cancellation penalty, I’ve found that tables start to free up (somewhat) a day or two beforehand. It never hurts to check, that’s for sure!

Once your 60-day FastPass+ selection window opens up, that’s when you’ll be able to make your family’s selections for the length of your stay at Walt Disney World Resort. You’ll see that, when you go to the FastPass+ selection of your My Disney Experience account, the days that you’ll be visiting will no longer be “greyed out” and you’ll be able to click on them in order to start making your selections.

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
