    Disney Experience app lists our upcoming res, however our annual passes are not listed. I tried to link them again and it states tickets are already linked to this account. Tickets have always been listed on DE. Don't know why they are removed. please help

    Thanks for visiting us at the Moms Panel! So sorry to hear that your Annual Passes and My Disney Experience are having trouble communicating with one another. I would suggest calling the Passholder information line at (407) 560-7277 for assistance from a Cast Member. If they can't help you, they can direct you to someone that should be able to correct the link in your account.  Best of luck and please come back to visit us if you have any additional questions.
