I will be in disney for 7 days.I have a 5 yr old girl and a 2 yr old son.I want them to see as much things, characters and do most ride as possible. How much time should I spend in the parks?I was planning 1 1/2-2 to MG,1 at Epcot,1 to HS,1 to AG.thats ok ?

    Claudine,

This is a common question, and one where the answer really changes based on the makeup of the group traveling.

As it happens, you hit on my formula for the parks with younger kids. For every 2 days you spend at the Magic Kingdom, you can spend one day each at the other three parks. But many would dispute, with some credibility, that you want to go EVEN HEAVIER on the Magic Kingdom. My wife is one who thinks that way.

You will find that there is not nearly as much for them at Epcot. As such, if you have the Park Hopper option on your tickets, you might consider making it 3 days at the Magic Kingdom, 1 day at Hollywood Studios, 1/2 a day at Epcot and 1/2 a day at the Animal Kingdom.

With those two 1/2 days at the last two parks, one one day I would go to the Magic Kingdom in the morning, then Epcot in the afternoon/evening. With the other instance I would go to the Animal Kingdom in the morning and the Magic Kingdom in the evening. That is a nice way to break it all up.

Write me back if you need help deciding which park to go to on what day. Just let me know your travel dates, if you have the Park Hopper option, and any reservations you may have. I can post for you a general park schedule recommendation for you!

    Have a magical vacation!
