Do most Disney cruises come back to their departure point, or are the clients in charge of flying home?

    Hi Jill -

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  There are several exciting itineraries available and more choices are available now more than ever. You'll find some voyages that have the same embarkation and disembarkation location -- and there are also itineraries that start and end in different locations.

The Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy with home ports in Port Canaveral will usually have their start and end points at the same location when they sail to the Bahamas or to the Caribbean. But if you end up taking the California Coast voyage, for example, you will board the ship in San Diego, CA and you will disembark in Vancouver, Canada. So, you will need to take that into account when you plan for your return home. There are several European itineraries that have differences too, so be extra careful.

When you check out the Find a Cruise link to view your choice voyage, there will also be a tab that shows the actual itinerary for that particular sailing. The name of the port for each day will be listed, and you'll know if the starting point will be the same or different.

I hope this helps, Jill. If you have any followup questions where we can help with your cruise planning, please do stop by again. We're always happy to help.

    Have a great day!
