We're going on a Disney cruise in April. We are excited about the dinner rotation and don't want to miss any of the fun. My husband and I have reservations for dinner at Palo on the last night. Can you tell me what the Til We Meet Again dinner is l

    Ahoy Margaret –

Thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are always so happy to share in your cruise planning so thank you for inviting us! I understand that you do not want to miss anything in the Rotational Dining and it is difficult for all of us to choose what night to visit Palo. Hopefully your cruise is at least 4 nights or longer so that you can visit all of the restaurants and enjoy the cuisine and world class service from Disney Cruise Line.

The “Til We Meet Again” and “See Ya Real Soon” nights are special in that it is the last night for dinner with your servers. The menu usually includes fish, beef, and vegetarian options, but special for that night when last I cruised was Beef Wellington. There was also a small presentation from the chefs onboard that ended with a lovely baked Alaska dessert. We usually make plans to attend this dinner to say goodbye to our fabulous servers and take pictures since we rarely go to the scheduled debarkation breakfast on the last day. After a week of amazing and personal service with the servers, we tend to get attached to them. If you decide to enjoy Palo instead, your crew could say their goodbyes to the service team during the next morning breakfast. Margaret, I hope that you have happy planning for your cruise and please come back to see us with questions that pop up!
